Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t have to be home. You can provide entry instructions, and our professional cleaners will take care of everything while you’re away.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Customers are responsible for supplying cleaning products and tools.
How long does a cleaning service take?
The duration depends on the size of your home and the type of service requested. On average:

How do I pay for the service?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods. Payment is due after the cleaning service is completed.
What happens if the cleaner has an accident during work time?
We provide all our employees with mandatory accident insurance (SUVA), covering both occupational and non-occupational accidents. This ensures that if an injury occurs, medical expenses and lost wages are covered. Should an employee be unable to work due to an accident, we can also arrange for a substitute cleaner to minimize any disruption to your service
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes.We have a liability insurance with Allianz (insured up to max. CHF 5 Mio.).
